Returns & refunds policy

UNITED KINGDOM

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 service, which aims to get your order to you in 1-2 working days - £4.99 

Delivery is free on UK orders over £60 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of it being placed.

INTERNATIONAL

Ireland Standard Delivery - £10 (2-5 Working Days) 

Europe Delivery - £10 (3-7 Working Days)

Rest of World Delivery -£20 (6-10 Working Days) 

 

RETURNS

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Refund returns will receive a shipping QR code via email once the return request is approved, then a return postage fee of £3.55 will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Exchange returns will receive an acceptance email as well as an email with details on how to get your item back to us. Newly exchanged products will be sent out free of charge.

Returns must be started through our returns portal. Any unauthorised returns to 6westerings, danbury, chelmsford, cm3 4nd may be rejected. All items must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include your printed invoice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
